GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
ALL PURCHASES ARE SHIPPED VIA CANADA POST GROUND SERVICE AND COME WITH INSURANCE AND TRACKING FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND SECURITY. ORDER ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 72 HOURS WITH MOST ORDERS SHIPPING WITHIN 24 HOURS. ALL SHIPPING RATES ARE PROVIDED BY CANADA POST.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
If you are not present when Canada Post attempts to deliver your package to the place listed under your shipping address, your package will be redirected to the nearest Canada Post outlet in your area. The pick-up location will be listed on the Canada Post Notice Card.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse. we'll send you a confirmation e-mail which includes the tracking number per packaged item as issued by Canada Post. Use this number to track your order. Additionally, you can always check the status of your order by logging into your GShop account.
Your GShop account allows you to view your order history, track all orders, create wish lists and enjoy a faster, greatly simplified, checkout process.
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED
In the unlikely event that your order has not yet arrived by the date indicated under Canada Posts' "expected shipping date" section; please contact us to report your package as "missing". We will proceed by promptly contacting Canada Post and filing a claim on your behalf. Canada Post will then investigate the matter further to determine the status of the missing package(s) and ultimately render their resolution on the matter.

For shipments within Canada, the following shipping rates apply. NOTE: All shipping options come with Insurance and tracking.
GShop provides its customers with free standard shipping on orders over $99.99 to any Canadian address (no PO boxes). Free shipping is applied to your order automatically at checkout.
In-stock orders normally ship within 72 hours. Please note that a $10 heavy item surcharge will be added to your total order cost for each item weighing 15 pounds or more. Products which have this surcharge are labeled on the page.
SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.
