| Cancellations/Downgrades must be done by phone |

| For security reasons, all cancellations or downgrades from Platinum to Gold must be done by phone. This request must be done at least 72 hours before your renewal date and during business hours so it can be processed immediately. If you are calling outside business hours or cannot speak to a customer agent, please leave a message with your full details so we can get back to you in a timely fashion. |
