Cancelling your Membership
To cancel, or to downgrade your Game Access Membership, simply call our toll-free customer service number any time between 9am and 5pm weekdays and one of our Customer Service Agents will will be happy to assist you.
For security reasons, all membership cancellations are conducted over the telephone. Cancellation request must be done during business and and at least 72 hours before your membership renewal date. If you are calling outside of business ours, or cannot speak directly to a Customer Service Agent, please leave a message with your first name and a day-time contact number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
