RETURN POLICY

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will have a 14-day "return for refund" grace period within which to send us your item(s). For the return to be accepted the product packaging must be unopened and in its sealed original state.

NOTE: Returned items must be unused, and include all original labeling, tags, booklets, and accessory parts and pieces.

Damaged or non-functioning goods

We accept returns for damaged and non-functioning items within 30 days of your delivery date. For us to accept damaged and non-functioning items you must first submit a "Return Request", this is an online form which you submit to us so that we can issue a Return Authorization Order Number (RAON). The returned item must also include the return authorization document in its packaging, or the return will not be accepted.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt and refunds will be processed after inspection. In the exceptional case that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement at our expense; however we will request the item you already received to be sent back to us, or a photo be sent of the damaged item(s) so as to provide proof to the manufacturer.

Returns Procedure:

1. Complete the "Return Request" Form available online at GameAccess.ca

2. Once you've complete and submitted the Return Request Form you will be issued an "RAON" number.

3. Please print the RAON form and include it in the returned item package.

Please be advised that returns may take up to 10 business days to process once received by us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

GShop begins to prepare your order for deliver soon after your order is received and approved. Since order are shipped on average within 72 hours, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible in the event that you wish to cancel an order.

REFUNDS

1. Refund will be issued to original payment method.

2. 15% restocking fee will apply to some returns.

3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise if you use one of our pre-printed return shipping labels.

If you happen to live close to our Montreal office and are thinking of passing by to hand deliver your return...FOGGETABOUDDIT! We have trained ninjas and rabid dogs watching our front door. Dangerous and deadly. We don't want to be liable for your demise!

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If you received a damaged, defective, or non-functioning item, we will gladly exchange it for the same exact product. If for whatever reason we can get you the same item, we'll call to let you know and we can work something out for sure. Our goal is to keep you happy so you'll come back and buy more stuff!
