How do I order from GShop?

  • Place your order online or over the phone.
  • We do not accept mail orders or purchase orders.
  • We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and PayPal as methods of payment.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We've made it super simple - if you see the product on GShop, we have it in stock at our warehouse. Easy-peasy. All products ship within 72 hours of your order being placed*. Usually we ship your items the same day even!

TAXES

Canadian taxes (GST,PST) will be applied to all Canadian-based orders. Individual PST tax rates from province to province.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

When redeeming a Promotion, Discount, or Coupon Code during checkout, please note that only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotion, Discount, or Coupon Codes cannot be combined in any way.

ORDER STATUS

What does the Order Status mean?

"Placed" - Your order has been accepted and will be processed soon.
"Processed" - Your order has been transmitted to the packing/shipping department and our warehouse clerks are preparing your items to be shipped.
"Shipped" - Your order has been fully shipped and a tracking code has been issued.
"Canceled" - Your order has been canceled, and your credit card has not been billed or has been refunded.
"Returned" - Your order has been issued a return authorization and has been successfully returned to us.

Changing your order once it was "placed"

We may be able to change your order if it still shows as "Placed" on you Account Order status section.

Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping procedures are designed to get orders out to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once the order has been sent to the warehouse for processing, neither you, nor our customer service staff can change it. If your order status says anything other than "Placed", your order can no longer be changed or canceled. You must at this point wait to receive your items and request a "Return Authorization" from us.

Canceling "Placed" Orders

You have the ability to cancel your own order, as long as it still shows as "Placed" on your Account Order status section. To cancel your order, go to your "My Orders" page, click the "Cancel" order button, and confirm the cancellation on the confirmation page. Your credit card will not be charged, or if it has already been charged we will issue a refund. Please be advised that once you cancel your order, it cannot be recovered.

VIDEO GAME PRE-ORDERS

You can order a game before it's actually released ("Pre-order") and you'll receive the game on the day it is released. Your credit card will be charged upon pre-order purchase.

How do I know that I have successfully placed my order?

If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you don't see it, check your Spam, or Promotions folder. If you still don't see it, we urge you to log into your GShop account and check the status of your order. Any further questions or concerns can be emailed to orders@gameaccess.ca, or you can call us to speak to one of our customer support agents who will be happy to help you.

Can I combine an order that contains a pre-order with other GShop merchandise?

Nope. Not at this time.
