Mercenaries 2: World in Flames is an explosive open-world action game set in a massive, highly reactive, war-torn world. A power-hungry tyrant messes with Venezuela's oil supply, sparking an invasion that turns the country into a warzone. But for you, international crisis is all upside: You are a mercenary, and you profit from chaos. These are world powers with deep pockets, deep grudges, and enough arms and ammo to start World War III. This is your kind of environment.
This game is incredibly buggy, and that really hurts this game. There are also major design problems with the AI, the quicktime events to capture vehicles, poor story and voice acting, bad character models, really buggy physics (vehicles launching into the air for no reason), and so many more problems that I am sure you will run into if you rent this.
There are air strikes though, so that's fun for a few minutes.
The storyline and plot behind this story is solid, however the game is very glitchy, glitchy, glitchy cant stress that enough hopefully in the future it will be updated to fix these glitches, that prevent a lot of achievements from being done and weakens the gameplay
i did not enjoy playing this game at all, the physics are terrible, if you jump out of a helicopter i takes 2 minutes to hit the ground you go so slow. the graphics are un-polished and the story is annoying, i would not reccomend this game for anyone,
Mercs 2 is a fun action oriented sandbox adventure were blowing things up is one of the many things your required to do in this playground of destruction. the games fun but the stroy can get farfetched and it does fall on the short side compared to it's compatition GTA but for anybody wanting a good weekend and fun mercs is up for hire. I give it a solid 8.1 out of 10.
