Child of Eden makes great use of the Kinect sensor, but more than that, it is a quality game, taking the best parts of classic rail shooters like Rez and Panzer Dragoon and adding new, intuitive motion controls. While I wouldn't spend hours playing it, it's definitely one of the better games that use Kinect that isn't a sports-type game. Worth giving a try!
I spent about 4 hours on this one and I still don't know what this game is about, the Kinect control option is pretty much the only thing this game has going for it, there was a Japanese girl that poped up from time to time and allot of flashing lights and bad techno music, so if your looking for a lame Japanese rave experiences i guess this is your game, maybe try it drunk.
