This game offers the best experience of being batman; while there are games like prototype that offer more things to do, you cannot beat Batman for the whole environment it creates. In game mechanics it is mainly a game of combat, stealth elements, and exploring/platforming but none of which are too challenging on their own. And quite honestly the boss battles are a let down but what the games lacks in challenge it makes up for in sanctification. For the non-fans 8/10. For fans 10/10.
My personnal game of the year in 2009... Simply Perfect! The action feels like Assassin's Creed... Great riddles! Great Vilains! Great graphics! Great "batagadgets".. Batman's a badass in this one!
This is a excellent game. It's by far the best comic-book hero videogame of all time, and is one of the better games of 2009. The fighting system is super-simple yet deep, the gadgets and the detective investigations are cool , and the voice acting is top-notch. Joker especially shines here (Mark Hamill). There is also tons of variety, this game never gets boring and ends after about 9hrs of play. There are a bunch of challenges to do after you complete this short but excellent game. 9/10
This game does a great job of making you feel like you're Batman. The combat is simple enough to be accessible, but deep enough to be engaging. The stealth elements work well and are satisfying, and the platforming works due to the tight controls. It all adds up to one of the best action/adventure games I have ever played. It's all here. A+
I really enjoyed this title, and I'm not a huge batman fan. The combat is really simple but it has depth to it, every move you complete is different. I played on the hardest difficulty and it took me about a week to play through it. You'll love the game all the way to the end, perfect rental. Great story. A+
i u ever liked batman, and lets say some metal gear solid, with a fun and easy combat system then u must play this, the acting set the mood so well u feel like your watching an episode of a cartoon or movie, i was really impressed, i looks nice but since u have to use detective mood alot u miss all the really nice graphics.
9/10
In my opinion, this is the best batman game. It's a little short, but so much re-playability. No lag at all at any time. It plays kinda like LoZ:OoT. 9/10
one very very very fun game. youll be hooked from start till end just waiting to figure out how you will dispatch your next group of enemies. only bad thing is the fun doesent last forever but there is an array of challanges to beat
I bought the game after Walmart offered the game for only 40.00 for a limited time.
This Batman game is the best and I love the storyline, characters, environments, and graphics. I have played for about three hours and have only completed 9 percent of the game. GameInformer magazine gave the game 9.5 out of 10, I would say that they were correct in their review. They call it this year's Bioshock. Hopefully they can make more games like this one, it was worth the purchase.
