The Darkness 2 was a comic inspired, gore-fest of a thrill ride. Although I was able to beat the game on Don (the hardest difficulty) in a little over 5 hours, the game also bolsters a a 4 player co-operative story which runs parallel to the main story. The game uses a unique "quad-weilding" interface which allows you to have 2 hands for weapons and 2 demon arms, resulting in unique ways to violently murder everyone in your path. |

This game had a minor story, decent mechanics and looked pretty good. The major downfall is hit detection, tearing and glitches. I finally had to box this game up and send it back when the game glitched to the point I could no longer play even after restarting the checkpoint 3 times. Ahh well, got a couple of fun hours our of it. |
