Infamous brings a whole variety to the table. There are countless choices you make throughout the story and each choice you make affects the storyline so it's not always the same. You have a choice to be good or be bad. You can literally climb almost anything. Sucker punch put too much love into this game, i've beaten this game a good 3 times and im still not bored of the game, i just love jumping off the tallest building and falling on a car, it's super fun!

This game is clearly one of the best games available on the PS3. The first time I played the demo I was disappointed but I decided to give it one more go the day before it was released. I got hooked and bought the game on release day. This is the first open-world game that has drawn me in and kept my attention. From a technical standing there are a few small bugs but they don't get in the way of enjoying the game. Definitely worth purchasing. |

I liked this game and played probably 80% through it. I liked the free roaming wide open play, the power ups and the unique story line. I didn't like some of the frustrating missions and constant harassment by enemies on rooftops. Recommended rental, not sure if this has replay value to recommend for a buy. |

I played the demo of this game before renting it and must say it was disappointing. Cole's 'powers' seemed to mimic the guns and grenades of Uncharted and climbing seemed clunky.
I was pleasantly surprised by the actual game. Yes the powers are a little uninspired but combat is frenetic and challenging and leaping around the city taking out groups of bad guys on the fly is great fun. You're frequently rewarded with power ups so you progress at a nice rate and the missions are nicely varied. |

This game was good, lots of freedom but the controls were a bit annoying at first. After getting over that aspect the game was like GTA and Max Payne fused into one with a bit of superman. The storyline was good its was right in the action right away.
I would give this a solid 8. And would reccomend it to those who want to blow stuff up and have a bit of a challenge. |

Zero Replay Value! Nice comic story. Cool Sandbox-style, but annoyinly hard at times, and a down right stupid AI at other times. Played through evil first, then was bored to tears trying to be good and get more trophies. |

I enjoyed this game so much I decided to go out and buy it just to support the developers. Love the open world, the storyline, the characters, the super powers and best of all it's told to you in almost a comic book style fashion. |

Well presented game. The story leaves you wanting more and the gameplay is very diverse. The power-ups are very cool especially the last one you get at the end. There are a few glitches in the game with healing or bio-leetching enemies. Overall a very good experience and a must rent for ps3 owners. |

its your Average super hero game. maybe a little bit more basic. Imo spider man is much better. all the controls are great for this game. but its nothing new and Very boring to me. but im more of a rpg gamer. U can die Very easy in this game but there's no penalty. Not thrilling, but all the graphics and that is good if thats what ur looking for. just to basic of a game.
Ps: just because the guy uses lightning instead of web doesn't make the game new and "inovative". |

This game is one of the main reasons I purchased a PS3. Fresh, innovative gameplay, an intriguing story, and near-perfect controls produce one of the best superhero games ever. If you own a PS3, you need to own inFamous. It's that good. |

I almost gave up on this game several times, but found myself eventually beating it. I do like how power ups change how you play instead of just making them more powerful. It makes for a constantly evolving game experiences. Graphics are decent, but not great. The story was a bit superfluous at times, but competent overall. I enjoyed it, but wont be playing through again to see what the other alignment is like. It got repetitive about halfway through, though I still managed to complete it. |
