Although the Zombie style games are not so few these days, Dead Island is one you shouldn't miss. If you enjoyed the likes of Fallout3 and wanted to add zombies into the scenario, this would be your dream come true! There is a main quest to the "story" but you can also do side quests. As for weapons, you can upgrade the ones you already have or create your very own! The game tastes about 15 hours to beat. |

Dead Island has a great premise. Zombie killing spree on a tropical island. Sign me up. Unfortunately, it's not executed as well as it should be. The game is riddled with bugs and gets stale very fast. If your not a huge zombie genre geek, this probably isn't worth a play. |

i hardly played this game. it looks nice but its boring. controls are crap. you feel like your in a box. not exciting to play. i just wanted it to be over! |

Dead island is probably one of the best zombie games ever.Its kind off like farcry2 meets dead rising2 with some borderlands thrown in. There are some problems with the otto save so you won't be able to save if your online [or maybe it dosen't like me]. The story is nonexistent, It would be more of an rpg if you could build your own character.if you can ignore those problems i think you'll have a lot of fun. All and all i'd say it is a good action game with rpg elements and it is worth buying. |

It's a bit FPS and a bit RPG. Graphics are great! And I've got no complaints about the story. Combat feels real too. It's easier to sweep out a zombie's legs then smash their skull into the ground then try for a perfect head shot right away. If you only play one game this year, play Dead Island. |
