Mario Kart Wii delivers the same racing action we've come to enjoy from the series, with new and very well designed tracks, more characters to choose from, and the addition of motorcycles really adds to the experience. However the main addition here is the stellar online mode. Where you and a friend (who plays as a guest) can hop online and play against 10 other people around the world for lag free races or battles.
The only criticism you can say is that it is the same old racing |

Not all that different than previous Mario Kart titles. but great nonetheless. The addition of the "trick" system is simple but welcomed. The wheel, while not necessary, is surprisingly fun. The graphics are simple but nice, and the whole game runs very smoothly. Online is fantastic, although still lacking voice chat. The music is good, it has great new and old levels... a perfect multiplayer title. Note that 150cc cup is extremely unfair, though. You'll get attacked A LOT. |

Mario Kart for the Wii is no different than all the others in the series, addictive fun gameplay and awesome art keep you coming back. I will say the addition of the wheel is awesome. I was skeptical of it, but it very fun and easy to use. Also, the online play is very well done, easy to find races online, and easy to hook up with friends. My only knock about online play is there is no voice feature, only a pre set number of sentences you can use with text. All in all, very good game. |

99% fun, 1% anger at the CPU ganging up on you. Retro tracks provided numerous joygasms. I own this, and would buy a sequel. |

Even as a 26 year old I really enjoyed this game. The race tracks are cleverly designed keeping with the Mario Theme, I liked that the other Mii's were added in the game. Nice touch. Controls were good, would have liked to try it with the racing wheel. All in all good rental, and considering purchasing it when the price drops. |

This one is still a big hit with the kids. The kids used their allowance to buy this one along with an extra steering wheel as soon as we finished renting it. |
