This was a game that I knew I didn't want to buy because there's no replayability but I knew the campaign would take me more than a week with work and friends so I didn't want to rent it either. The attention to detail is amazing and every npc looks distinct. Some enemies take a little bit too many bullets to kill imo, kinda like Gears of War. Cool environments and decent car stuff to do.
Graphics are incredible for console standards. I'd say has the sharpest graphics I've seen yet for the current generation of consoles. I like the "sandbox" shooter genre and this one executes very well. Driving vehicles is also very smooth as well, I'd recommend to anyone that's considering it.
The setting is very Fallout 3-ish, combining the gameplay of a first person shooter with a destruction derby style (with mounted turrets/rockets) maneuverability to go from area to area is very well executed. The action is intense and fast passed, the upgrade system rocks and they're is no online pass needed to ply online. Woohoo! Worth the rental, enjoy!
