  Decent RPG 6/10

Although I'm usually a fan of any RPG I had a little trouble getting into this one. The combat systems flawed but other than that it's a decent game.

If you played and enjoyed the gamecube original i'd give this one a look. It continues 2 years after where the gamecube one left off and starts with lots of plot twists. Gameplay wise it's pretty much the same except you can now tame monsters and unison attacks work a bit differently. Roaming the world map has also been removed, it still exists as a visual but you now use a menu to travel the world; I think it's a welcome change.

I've played a lot of tales and I can only say i was a fan of two of them. The prequel to this game was on Gamecube and was alright. Tales of Vesperia is also pretty decent (ps3 and xbox360). This one I just couldn't get in to.
