Engage the rage with Super Smash Bros. Brawl! The third installment of the incredibly successful Super Smash Bros. series is now on the Wii, The roster islonger than ever, but that just means more butt to kick across over a dozen different, graphic-rich stages with original moves, new modified moves, and a brand-new super attack called Final Smash! Old favorites like Mario, Link, Peach and Kirby are now joined by such exciting newcomers as Wario, Solid Snake and Sonic the Hedgehog. With a variety of new modes, an absolutely epic soundtrack and the ability to play with distant friends through online multiplayer, this is a game you'll have to break your own fingers to put down.

This game was so highly anticipated by Nintendo fan-boys and avid gamers for good reason. So many modes of play with the addition of online make for nearly unlimited hours of replayability. My only minor complaints were: Story mode should control like a platformer not a fighter, online friend codes, and the wii remote is basically useless if you want to stand a chance in winning a fight on-line. A must-buy for any wii owner!
Same old gets better with fun online play 8/10

Smash Bros returns on the Wii, with the same old, yet fun mechanics from the previous versions, with tons of modes and it allows you to use a variety of control options (even the gamecube controller for old vets of the series). The story mode drags on a bit, but the cut scenes are kinda of cool, and the online for the most part is great. It does lag at times but using friend codes can easily fix that. If you like smash bros, you gotta check it out, but if you don't, this wont change your mind.
  Another step forward 9/10

I've played Smash since the N64 days and there is nothing better than smashing Mario with Link. Singleplayer shines again with the new Subspace story. CGI is great and it plays like an old-school 2d-scroller. Another great feature is the number of unlockables such as trophys and stickers as well as stages and characters. The multiplayer was a good start but needs some more meat. No ranking, no tournaments. Far from what Mario Kart Wii has accomplished. Still highly recommended!
