The first Tomb Raider title to be designed by Crystal Dynamics (after years under original creator Core), Tomb Raider: Legends is an all-new start for Lara Croft. New character animations and control schemes compliment the more natural character design and level details for the most immersive chapter in the series. Lara comes packing modern devices such as a magnetic grappling device, binoculars, frag grenades, personal lighting device and communications equipment for her all-new adventure.
Having not played any previous Tomb Raider games, I was completely unbiased for this and I must say, it was pretty good. The game is similar to Prince of Persia with all sorts of exciting, acrobatic platforming, and the combat is actually fun, albeit simple. The graphics are good and the sound is decent, with my biggest complaint perhaps being the unnecessary and boring vehicle sections.
The third tomb raider game i have played, they are all AMAZING! I am in love with the tomb radier chronicles. The games are so cool. Deffinetley my favourite game series. (That or 007) I love having the ability to tumble, shoot , jump and be completley free!!!!!!! As a fellow gymnast i can really appreciate the reality of her gymastics moves.
