K&L doesn't get the love it deserves because it does not try to be a soap box shooter; it tries to depict a gritty realm that goes with violence: meaningless, without sympathy, and without cause. K&L2 improve the graphics to some of the best i have seen and the story mode is very short but very focused. Perfect for a rental. If you like games like gears of war minus the soapbox story, or just want pure cover action - K&L2 is your game. Highly recommended as a rental. |

Kane and Lynch 2 is a 3rd person cover-based shooter and for the most part, improves on everything from the first game. The story is interesting, the pace is hectic and the shooting is generally fun. The online modes are original and fun for a time. The game though lacks content as the single player is very short and the multiplayer is fun but offers no real reward or incentive to play it. A must rent but dont expect it to last long. |
